AI Business Coach or Done-for-You Help? What a Pub Landlord in Aldershot Needs
A coach teaches. A consultant plans. Somebody still has to build it. Which one saves a licensee or café owner time first?
If you want an AI business coach near Aldershot, be clear whether you want teaching or the work done. Dean Keating is not a course or a coach in the classroom sense: he builds AI agents and installs them for you, from Horndean, Hampshire. The first call is free on 07418 627304.
Teaching versus doing
People searching for an AI business coach often mean two different things. Some want to learn: workshops, a course, someone explaining the tools. Others want the problem gone and would like a person to set it up.
Neither is wrong. The mistake is paying for one and expecting the other. A day of tuition leaves a busy landlord with notes and no spare evening to use them.
The licensee test
The directory lists 20 pubs and bars with an Aldershot address, out of 44 across the town and its neighbours (10 October 2026). Take a typical one. Messages arrive about Sunday bookings, a function room, a quiz team and whether the kitchen is open. They come through Facebook, WhatsApp and email, usually while somebody is pulling pints.
A course could teach that owner how AI works. A done-for-you service would answer the booking and function enquiries, pass anything unusual to the landlord and send confirmations. If you only have an hour a week, you are choosing between learning it and having it built.
What Dean Keating offers
His service is done for you: he builds the agents, installs them in the email, messaging and diary tools you already have, trains your team and supports it. It is not a course and not a coaching programme. There is a free call first, and you leave with a plan that is yours whether you hire him or not.
He is based in Horndean, Hampshire, in the same county. Setup is remote, and his website says he can visit businesses in Hampshire or nearby.
If you want a coach as well
Nothing stops you doing both. Some owners have a coach for the thinking and an installer for the doing. Check each is honest about which job they are doing. The pubs and bars page shows how varied the trade is in the town.
